From the moment of birth Websteinlab was and remains a bold experiment and in order and to keep the spirit of innovation and development, we made an important decision that we need to share with you. Time for evolution has come, we have to evolve in order to become more productive and even more effectively automate your business tasks and processes.
Any development is associated with some discomfort in the transitional period, but if it does not pass, we can get caught up in the routine. We are very well aware that we must take care of our existing clients and to minimize any possible inconvenience.
How will this affect existing templates and Websteinlab in general?
Most of existing templates will be replaced by more advanced versions at no extra cost on your part when updated website will be launched, but because all of them will be basically created from the scratch it will take some time and can't happen instantly.
At the same time we are fully aware that this is not an excuse for us to interrupt your business processes in any way, and that’s why we believe we found an ultimate solution that will make a transitional period super smooth:
Tech support for currently existing templates will be provided by our former employees and several other developers who have decided to separate from Websteinlab. We sincerely wish success in their endeavor. On Monday 28th September 2015 we will notify all the users who have purchased templates with former employees contact information. Make sure to add our domain to trusted in your email client to avoid missing an email to your inbox.
Most of our English speaking clients have spoken to Alex, he’s staying on Websteinlab team since separated team is Russian speaking mostly.
All existing private orders that are currently in development, will be delivered as it were original agreed between parties, but if for any reason you would like to change your mind now and ask for refund, no questions will be asked, just email to regular support email. All discounts and bonuses earned are yours not matter what you will decide.
In fact, the only thing that will change is domain name and logo, since we’re providing our former employees with full functionality to run their own Zennoposter templates website, and this again makes transition period super smooth to you, is it not?
Existing templates will be removed from website and the website will go into maintenance mode before 1st of October 2015. You will have an opportunity opt in to receive an email when website updated version will be launched.
We will accept private template orders during update period. Would you like more attention and more functionality for the same money, this is your chance!
